Any cancellation of a reservation must be notified to the owner by registered letter.
1. Cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the stay: a lump sum of € 100 will be retained on the deposit.
2. Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the start of the stay, it will be retained 30% of the price of the stay.
3. Cancellation between the 30th day and the date of arrival and except in cases of force majeure duly justified, the entire amount of the rental will be acquired to the owner.
Any stay interrupted or shortened, or any benefit not consumed, does not give rise to any reimbursement, even in the event of illness, accident, unforeseen event or repatriation.
